Operations Manager (full-time)
An exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day operation of our busy pool complex. You will lead on health and safety and the swimmer experience, supporting the effective operation of a much-loved community asset. You’ll also play a vital role in an ambitious redevelopment and modernisation programme.
Financial Administrator (part-time)
This new post will play a key role in supporting the effective operation, development and modernisation of our busy swimming pool complex. You’ll take the lead on accounts, budgets, payroll and pensions administration, as well as developing new computerised systems. You’ll be an ambitious self-starter, enthusiastic about taking the charity to the next stage of its development. 13 days/month with flexible working available.
