Faversham Pools is on the lookout for experienced accountancy firms to submit quotes for a 3-year audit contract.
About Faversham Pools:
- We’re not your typical charity; we offer affordable year-round swimming.
- In 2023, we made a splash with over £1 million in income, thanks in part to an £80,000 grant from Swale Borough Council.
- Our team is a lively bunch, led by our General Manager, with a trusty part-time Financial Administrator.
- Guiding the way is a fantastic Board of eleven volunteer trustees/directors.
What the Audit Contract Entails:
- Get ready to make waves as you prepare our statutory accounts and conduct an annual audit of our financial records.
How to Get Involved:
- If you’re interested, share your service specifications, a competitive fixed-price quote, CVs of your key team members, daily rates for extra services, and your standard business terms.
- Please request signed-off accounts for the past two years and our forward plan.
- Send your quote to finance@favershampools.com, subject: “RFQ for ALISON GOODING,” by December 15, 2023.
What’s Next:
- We’re aiming to make our partner selection by the end of January 2024.
- The chosen partner will receive a formal invitation, sign the contract, and then we’re ready to make a splash together!
