Aquacise is a fun, friendly fitness class which uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of the water to support joints and bones. It’s an enjoyable way to get fitter and stronger.

Aquacise is beneficial for everyone, but particularly for beginners, for the elderly, for those seeking to build their own fitness and for those recovering from injury. You can exercise at your own pace.

  • Tuesday 12-12.45 
  • Thursday 1-1.45

Pre-booking required. £2.50 to be paid directly to instructor before the lesson.
